Terms and Conditions of Use for the RMC8 Platform

To register and use the rmc8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Is not included on any prohibition or restriction list enforced by the relevant authorities.
• Has never had an account closed by rmc8 for fraud, bonus abuse, or prior breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rmc8. Multiple account registration by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, bank account, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of account balances.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, rmc8 reserves the right to request the following documents at any time:

• A copy of a valid identity card or passport
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement — not older than 3 months)
• Selfie photo with your identification document
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used

All information provided during registration and the KYC process must be accurate and up to date. rmc8 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member.

Rmc8 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, DuitNow, TNG eWallet, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All financial transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered under the same name as the rmc8 account. rmc8 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal that requires additional review for security and compliance purposes.

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before becoming eligible for withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to withdraw a deposit without legitimate wagering activity will be considered platform abuse.
• Rmc8 does not cover any third-party transaction fees that may be charged by your bank or payment provider.

Rmc8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Rmc8 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means, including account collusion or system exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Any attempt at bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, freezing of related winnings, and potential account closure.

All bets placed on rmc8 are considered final once confirmed by the platform system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that bet details are accurate prior to confirmation, as no bet can be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in the following circumstances:

• A verified technical disruption confirmed by the rmc8 team
• An event is cancelled or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sports rules
• Odds displayed with a manifest error acknowledged by rmc8

In the event of any dispute regarding game or betting outcomes, the results recorded in the rmc8 system are final and binding, unless a clear technical error is proven. All complaints must be submitted within 72 hours after the relevant result is announced.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and rmc8 account login details. rmc8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your password or login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report immediately to the rmc8 support team if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Rmc8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or system abuse
• False or misleading registration or KYC information
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Multiple account registration by the same individual
• Systematic abuse of promotions or bonuses

In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, rmc8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance in the relevant account. For account closures requested by the member, any legitimate remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks are completed.

Rmc8 provides this wagering platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, rmc8 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from legitimate betting outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure)
• Losses arising from the use of information provided by third parties on the platform
• Any indirect or consequential loss

Rmc8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the relevant parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to an appropriate arbitration body or tribunal in accordance with applicable law.

Your continued use of the rmc8 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
